Roland Smith Grand Ballroom
Located on the ground floor, this magnificent ballroom is our main function room, offering sweeping views of the Bay, Swan River and manicured lawns. The Ballroom comfortably seats 80 - 160 guests (200 with no dance floor) and can accommodate up to 350 guests for a cocktail function. With the option of an elegant silk draping for the ceiling this room is ideal for wedding receptions and corporate functions alike.
Athol Hobbs Room
Our upstairs room, The Athol Hobbs, has a versatile room layout and expansive balcony overlooking Freshwater and Mosman Bays and the Swan River. It is an ideal space for smaller wedding receptions, breakfast meetings and workshops, product launches and cocktail functions. With a maximum seating capacity of 60 people and 100 for a stand up function this room offers an intimate feel.
Aubrey Sherwood Room
Our very exclusive Board and private dining room is located downstairs and can accommodate up to 16 people and is a popular choice for intimate corporate dinners and business meetings.
