Australian Sailing Registration
Registration with Australian Sailing is part of your Club membership at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club.
This registration provides you with partner benefits as well as personal accident insurance cover. While you are a current Club member or a valid Sailing Affiliate of RFBYC, we keep your AS number registered.
Crewing on yachts for non-members
For non-members who wish to crew on yachts at RFBYC and try the sport, we have an option for this which covers the person with Australian Sailing registration. This is a requirement for yachts participating in any sailing activities under the Racing Rules of Sailing. The RFBYC Sailing Affiliate registration is valid for one year and allows the person to attend the Club as the guest of their skipper for the purpose of crewing in a yacht race.
