IRC YOUTH CUP SERIES

A bit of fun to encourage and promote young sailors in offshore racing. Run in addition to the overall regatta resultsas a seperate series.

To qualify for the IRC Youth Cup Series, yachts need to have an IRC Rating and a minimum of one person aged 30 or under racing in their team.

Scoring for the Youth Cup Series will be a time factor adjustment to the corrected time on IRC. A youth bonus multiplier will be used to calculate the youth corrected time. There will be a time factor adjustment for each youth person to a maximum of three. There is no limit to the number of youth sailors in a boats crew.

Get onboard and be in the lucky draw for some awesome prizes including a full set of wet weather gear. Event partner MarinePlus have provided a Gill OS2 Offshore Jacket and Gill OS2 Offshore Trouser as the major prize.
