Coaching Opportunities @ Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club

Overview

Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club strives to provide to its members the highest level of coaching and delivery of coaching programs.  In line with the Club’s strategic plan, there is a focus to increase participation across all on-water activities. We see coaching at RFBYC as an important service to help us achieve this.

We believe the caliber of our coaches is integral to the participation growth of our Junior and Youth Programs.  In addition, there are some goals as a State to perform on the National stage in the coming years.

To help us deliver our coaching programs to the highest level, we invite you to submit an expression of interest for a coaching role at the Club. We would like to secure regular coaches to ensure strong relationships and consistency for sailors, but also accommodate both travelling sailors/athletes with varied availability.
