Roland Smith Ocean Race, thirteen entries so far

Entry closes today for the 2019 Roland Smith Ocean Race.

Thirteen teams have entered so far. They include the current leader of the Ocean Racing WA Blue Water Series, Alan Stein's Dirty Deeds and 2017-2018 season winner Craig Carter's Indian. There is only one more race to follow to complete the series, the Fremantle to Albany Race starting on Friday 12 April. Scores are tight at the top, the series includes 6 races with 5 to count for the overall trophy. Dirty Deeds leads with 10 points with two wins and two 4th places followed by Obsession (Paul Arns) with 16 points but carrying a 7th place. John Rayner's Al Fresco has 17 points looking to drop a 6th place and also in very good shape is Ian Clyne's J122 Joss with a 1st, 3rd and 4th. Joss will be keen to keep up the good results with 11 points (Did Not Finish) on their scorecard.

Here is the list of yachts entered as of 3pm on Friday 15 March. Race entry closes at 5pm.
