Volunteer Courses - Club Race Officers, Judges & Measurers

Australian Sailing has secured funding from the WA Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries to train Club Race Officers, Club Judges & Measurers of Spars & Sails from all of WA Clubs.

These free courses are available to both junior and senior members of RFBYC and we encourage junior sailors 16 years of age and older  to attend to learn more about your sport and to also enter the pathway of becoming an official at RFBYC for the long term continuation of participation in the sport of sailing.

Funding is limited and once the funding has been expended participants will need to pay for their courses at a cost of $65.00 per course. If you are interested in doing one of these courses, we encourage you to get in quickly.  For further information and to register, please click here.
