Do you have a Surf Ski, Kayak or SUP Board stored at the Club?

In 2010 Yachting Committee developed a policy to allow surf skis, kayaks and similar water crafts to be stored in the sheds adjacent to the Dinghy/Junior Club.

The condition of storage for these water crafts are as follows:

1. The water craft must be used for fitness reasons related to boating.

2. Members must apply for storage.

3. The vessel must have the members name on it somewhere.

4. The water craft must be stored on the top shelf of the laser racks.

A recent review has revealed that many water crafts could not be identified due to members not applying for storage, no identification on the craft or stored in an incorrect rack/bay.

If you have a water craft (ie: surf ski, kayak or SUP board) at the Club and meet the above conditions, please email the Yachting Operations Manager yachtops@rfbyc.asn.au to obtain a 'Request for Storage' form.  Please note storage will only be allocated if space is available. First preference will always be given to Classes sailed at the Club.

After a 30 day period, if we are unable to identified kayaks, surf skis & SUP boards remaining in the compound the items will be removed and placed in a quarantined area.
