State time trial entrants power towards the final heat


A fleet of 43 power boats took to the water for the second-last heat of the State Time Trial Championships, with early favourite Horse to Water, skippered by Troy Daglish with navigator Cathy Gooding, scoring its third win of the season to establish a clear points lead.
