Prawn & fish cake, wasabi dikon pickle, nori pesto, grapefruit, chive

Chicken & mushroom soup, chicken leg meat, shimeji & dried mushrooms, croutons, celery, spring onion

Roasted capsicum & cheddar polenta, semi dried tomato salsa, pea vegan mayonnaise V 

Mains

Shark bay gold band snapper, braised radish, broccolini, edamame, char grilled leek, champagne & yuzu miso sauce

East Asian style soy marinated scotch fillet medium steak, potato gratin, roasted garlic, sautéed onion & mushroom with marinade sauce, ssamjang sauce (mixed spicy paste)

Eggplant parmigiana, tomato sugo, mozzarella, parmesan, roasted heirloom tomatoes & rocket salad
